Loan Operations Representative

We are hiring a full-time Loan Operations Representative to join our Yankton team! A Loan Operations Representative supports Business, Ag, and Retail lending functions in accordance with established guidelines and policies. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.

Duties
  • Originate loan documents
  • Upload new loans into system
  • Monitor collateral, including perfection, tracking, follow-up, and release
  • Monitor insurance, including tracking and follow-up of missing and expired policies
  • Process paid loans including collateral release and file cleanup
  • Perform new and renewed post-close loan file review
  • Monitor outstanding documents
  • Scan and index documents into the imaging system
  • Process denied and withdrawn applications and files
  • Perform compliance duties as HMDA Specialist, including file review and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Attributes include a positive attitude and good work ethic. The ability to process a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently, the capability to maintain strict confidentiality, attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Punctuality is a must.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Some college preferred.
Work Environment
Office: The work environment of this job includes interacting with others in an office setting, and the noise level is usually moderate.
Physical Demands
Light: The physical demands of this job include bending, sitting, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
