Loan Operations Representative
We are hiring a full-time Loan Operations Representative to join our Yankton team! A Loan Operations Representative supports Business, Ag, and Retail lending functions in accordance with established guidelines and policies. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.

Duties
- Originate loan documents
- Upload new loans into system
- Monitor collateral, including perfection, tracking, follow-up, and release
- Monitor insurance, including tracking and follow-up of missing and expired policies
- Process paid loans including collateral release and file cleanup
- Perform new and renewed post-close loan file review
- Monitor outstanding documents
- Scan and index documents into the imaging system
- Process denied and withdrawn applications and files
- Perform compliance duties as HMDA Specialist, including file review and reporting
- Other duties as assigned

Communicate effectively with various types of clientele, co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Punctuality is a must.
